| 一枝足球隊中,一般最常聽到的必定是,領隊,正選同埋後備這三種角色 正常情況下,被領隊挑選出賽的,他必定有個人能力,或者是長處, 選手們必定會在訓練時,在領隊面前盡量表現自己,希望可以被領隊取錄成為正選 剩下來的,就是那些個人能力無有那麼好,或者在訓練時,表現未如理想的後備了 事實上後備的實力未必比正選的差,但實在有很多因素而令那些人迫不得已當了後備 而這班副選也有當上正選的時候,就是那些正規正選在比賽中受傷了, 又或是在比賽中正選的表現強差人意, 連領隊也無法忍受,後備才得以換上 後備自知這是最好表現自己價值的唯一機會 所以有機會上場都會竭盡所能 希望可以藉著這次機會,有望從後備名單升上正選名單內 可悲的是,縱使你如何的做到最好, 要改變領隊心目中正選位置的人選並不容易 可能在領隊的心目中,後備純粹是正選的替代品 每當正選,傷癒過後,或者是回復水準後, 他們好自然又拿回他們的必然正選的位置 可恨的是,後備往往在這個時候更不能以正常水準作賽 可能是太多不必要的,太多太刻意的表現, 反而令領隊對後備的評價更差,或是反感 因為領隊對你所做的一切,早已心裡有數 那在下一場比賽,那些後備呢怎樣呢?只好靜靜的坐回後備席, 在這個時候這班人還可以做甚麼?? 我想的是,合拾雙手,誠心的祈求, 那些正選何時傷出,或者何時被領隊換出 很明顯,這只是一個不切實際的做法, 但作為後備,你還可以做甚麼? 你可以選擇繼續留在這枝球隊裡繼續效力, 期盼終有一天,你有能力成為領隊心目中的正選 或者你已經對這枝球隊失去了爭勝的動力, 取而代之的就是出外找別的球隊,或是給另一家球會的領隊看上了 又或者....可能你已經對足球已經完全失去了信心,你甚至認為 足球根本不是你一直所追尋的目標, 所以你作出了作為足球員最沉重的決定-掛靴 我想,無有人想行到這一步,但如果眼見自己在球會中有太多未知之數 而未能編入正選之列,那...究竟是去還是留? 共勉之啦ronald & captain | | |
| damn... it seems our company gets into a big trouble in a few weeks. 2 major rivals beat us aggressively. lost many projects from them, and fat boss is furious.er... he is getting mad, i think mon, he held the conference with all metal colleauges except king and I ya...i admit, i'm just a general staff,well~ as nina said, all were shouted by fat boss during the meeting. no one could be avoided lol, of course, except king and I.... on tue, when i went back to office and jacky advised me sth in the conference room er...just try to stop texting message during the working hours. er..i know that is illegal...but...this was my only entertainment when i feel boring my job... er... but someone ordered ,u shouldnt do that anymore...um... speed up your slow motion....oh shit... this is my style, right?! god damn.... nina talked with me about the gossip when she had worked in shun cheong, it's unbelievable, she said ,many management level manager had their own personal assistant. they were mostly a young girl. and they frequently twisted their personal assistant's hips........... it's terrible,right?! nina kept saying, why didnt anyone try to do so?, then i could have gotten a good salary and position... ....what can i say? | | |
